Our pricing policy is designed to protect both you and Distictive Travel International in the event something unforeseen prevents you from traveling with us.
If you have to cancel your trip, we must be notified in writing. All monies will be refunded in full, less the following cancellation charges:
Reservation more than 60 days before departure
Deposit: 50% of the total amount is required for reservation
The balance payment is required 60 days prior to your travel date
Reservation less than 60 days before travel date
The total amount is required at the reservation
We must receive a document in writing / email to inform us about your cancellation.
– Cancellation more than 60 days prior to your travel date: 30% of the trip cost is not refundable.
– Cancellation between 30 days and 59 days prior to your travel date: 50% of the trip cost is not refundable.
– Cancellation less than 30 days prior to your travel date: 75% of the trip cost is not refundable.
– Cancellation less than 15 days prior to your travel date: 100% of the trip cost is not refundable.

Responsibility Statement
Distinctive Travel International accept responsibility for ensuring the holiday that you booked with us (for the land only), is supplied as described in this brochure or within your customized itinerary and the services offered reach a reasonable standard….. (Accommodation, airport transfers, Private transportation and driver/tour leader and certified guides for cities according to your confirmed itinerary)
Complaints
In the event of any dissatisfaction with the accommodation or any other service provided by the Company, the matter MUST be reported immediately to the organization concerned (i.e. Hotel Manager, Agents etc.) so that immediate action can be taken to remedy the problem. Thereafter the matter must be referred, in writing, to the Company within 10 days subsequent to the client’s return. (Your expert driver/guide can act as your agent assistant for any problem while you are traveling around the country! any problem can be reported to him immediately.)
Itinerary Changes While In Middle of traveling with us
Should you decide, while in a country with us, to deviate from your planned itinerary any additional expense resulting from such an action must be paid direct to those providing the service. No Refund Will Be Considered For Unused, Pre-booked Accommodation or Transportation.
Cancellation or Delay of Aircraft or Other Transportation
We do not accept liability for any additional cost, which you may incur as a result of delays or cancellation of international or domestic flights, or any other transportation for any reason beyond our control. We regret that it is not possible to recover the cost of unused, pre-booked accommodation or service. Any additional costs involved in such a delay are to be met by the client. If delay is caused by technical problems, the airline will normally provide airport meals and accommodation where necessary. However, if caused by bad weather, strikes, traffic control etc., the airline will seldom offer any compensation as the delay is outside their control.

*Customers are required to provide for themselves all necessary insurance against personal injury, loss, damage, theft, cancellation, delay etc…. and Distinctive Travel International is not responsible / liable if anything happen to you while traveling with us.
* Please note that by sending Distinctive Travel International or Marrakesh Voyage LLC your payment, you do agree about our terms and conditions within this contract.
