Day 1 – Arrival Cairo
Arrive in Cairo, North Africa’s largest city. Upon arrival at Cairo international airport, you will meet the Misr Travel tour manager who will escort you through customs and immigration procedures. Transfer from the airport to your hotel in a private air-conditioned deluxe coach. After check-in, you are free to spend the rest of the day/evening at your leisure.

Day 2 – Cairo / Pyramids, Sakkara & Memphis
Meet your private Egyptologist guide for a tour to Giza plateau, the site of the legendary Pyramids and iconic Sphinx figure (Including entry of Khefren pyramid). Visit the great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren & Mykerinus and marvel at these incredible architectural feats that still puzzle archaeologists. Then proceed to visit the Great Sphinx and the Valley temple, where the mummification takes place before burial. Leaving the Pyramids behind, travel on to the necropolis of Saqqara, that brims over with sand-strewn temples, ancient tombs, and the site of Djoser’s step Pyramid constructed by Imhotep, the Pharaoh’s chief architect in 2700 BC. Stop for lunch at a local restaurant before heading to Memphis, the capital of ancient Egypt during the old kingdom. It was considered to be a center of rule and culture for over 3000 years and see the statue of Ramses II before returning to the hotel.
Day 3 – Full Day Alexandria
Your private expert tour guide will pick you up from your hotel for a full day of sightseeing, exploring this beautiful city. Alexandria was founded by Alexander the Great in 312 B.C. and was the capital of Greco-Roman Egypt. Your first stop in this historic city is the catacombs of Kom ash-Shuqqafa, the largest known Roman burial site in Egypt, which was discovered accidentally in 1900 when a donkey disappeared through the ground. Descend below ground to visit the tomb and Caracalla Hall. Back above ground, proceed to Pompey’s Pillar, an 82-foot (25-meter) granite column built to honor Emperor Diocletian, who freed the besieged city and brought food to its starving people. Continue with your guide to the Roman amphitheater, possibly the best-preserved Roman site in Egypt. The site also includes the remains of a Roman street and homes. After lunch, you will visit the impressive Library of Alexandria, the Norwegian-designed building is a striking piece of modern design. A copy of every book published in the world is kept in the library, making it one of the great literary sites in the world. Proceed to visit Fort Qaitbay, once considered one of the most important defensive strongholds along the Mediterranean seacoast. It erected on the exact site of the famous Lighthouse of Alexandria, one of the Seven Wonders of the ancient world. At the end of your tour drive back to your hotel in Cairo.

Day 4 – Aswan I The Nubian Museum & Philae Temple
Fly to Aswan, and transfer to your hotel. Delve into the history and culture of Ancient Nubia with a private tour through the Nubian Museum. It is established in partnership with UNESCO to save the monuments and heritage of the Nubian Community from the flooding of Lake Nasser when the High Dam built in the 1960s. Proceed to visit Aswan High Dam and the Granite Quarries, where one of Queen Hatshepsut’s obelisks lies abandoned in the bedrock, then complete the day with a motorboat trip to the Temple of Philae dedicated to the goddess Isis, the Symbol of Love and Beauty on Philae Island. The entire temple was dismantled and moved to its current location to save it from the Floodwaters caused by the construction of Aswan High Dam.

Day 5 – Aswan – Abu Simbel – Aswan
Morning at leisure or an optional Excursion by road or Air to Abu Simbel. A World UNESCO heritage site. The two rock temples of Abu Simbel were constructed and dedicated to King Ramses II and his wife, Queen Nefertari. Returning to Aswan, you will be accommodated on board of your Nile Cruise for the next 03 nights. After lunch, enjoy the sunset as you sail aboard a traditional Nile felucca around Kitchener’s Island, the Aga Khan Mausoleum, and the botanical garden. Overnight in Aswan.

Day 6 – Cruising the Nile / Kom Ombo & Edfu
Enjoy the cool Nile breezes as you pass iconic monuments on the river banks to Kom Ombo and explore this double-temple that long ago dedicated to the Crocodile-headed god, Sobek, and the Falcon-headed god, Horus. Next, continue your Nile Journey to Edfu, the well-preserved temple dedicated to Horus, the falcon-headed god. Witness the reliefs that depict the battle between god Horus and god Seth concluded with the coronation of Horus. Overnight in Edfu.

Day 7 – Cruising the Nile / Karnak & Luxor temples
Cruising down the Nile as you pass through the Esna Lock. In the afternoon, your guide takes you to the monumental complex of Karnak temples. Walkthrough this extraordinary open-air museum and into the Great open Court then the Great Hypostyle Hall of 134 columns towering above you like an ancient forest. Continue to Luxor Temple via the royal processional path that connects Luxor and Karnak temples and enjoys the magnificent experience of walking through its floodlit columns. Overnight in Luxor.

Day 8 – Luxor
After Breakfast, begin your day of exploring the famed Necropolis of Thebes hosting over 62 tombs of Pharaohs. Disembarking on the West Bank of the Nile. First, visit the famed tombs in the Valley of the Kings and explore the beauty and mystery of King Tutankhamen tomb and Ramses VI burial chamber with its most vibrant colors and structure (included), then continue to the rock-cut temple of Queen Hatshepsut, Egypt’s only female ruler. Later afternoon, climb into a horse-drawn carriage, also known as a Calash or Hantoor, for a ride to the Luxor Museum, to admire some of the finds that were found in the tombs of 18th dynasty kings, especially Tutankhamen (horse-carriage, weapons, as well as several exhibits). Return to the hotel by the carriage scouting the fascinating city sights.

Day 9 – Dendera & Abydos temples
Drive north in the company of your expert guide to Abydos, The stunning temple of Seti First, and home of “The Cult of Osiris”. The paintings of the temple are among the most beautifully preserved in Egypt and include the famous king's list. Break for lunch before proceeding to the Ptolemaic temple of Hathor at Dendera, one of its kind and contains a rare depiction of Cleopatra, and her son Caesarian, Hathor is an Ancient Egyptian goddess who personified the principles of joy, feminine love, and music.

Day 10 – Luxor – Hurghada Breakfast and check, transfer by private vehicle to Hurghada (drive 4 hours) and enjoy your stay by a wonderful beach on the Red Sea.

Day 13 – Cairo / Egyptian Museum, Saladin Citadel & Old Cairo
Your own private tour guide will pick you up from your hotel for a tour to the world-renowned Museum of Egyptian antiquities, Housing 165,000 Egyptian artifacts. The highlight of the visit is the priceless treasures of King Tutankhamen, the gilded coffins and death mask enclosed for over 3500 years in his tomb before it discovered by Howard Carter in 1920. Proceed to the massive medieval Saladin citadel, once a stronghold against the Crusader. Explore this ancient fortress and marvel at its brilliant domed ceilings, suspended lights, and commanding views of Cairo. The citadel houses the Alabaster mosque of Muhammad Ali. Stop for Lunch at a local restaurant before driving to the area of Islamic Cairo, Complete your exploration by visiting Old Cairo where you will enjoy, the Hanging Church, Church of St. Barbara, and Church of Abu serga. Stroll into the winding alleys of Khan el Khalili bazaar, the most exciting souks (open-air marketplaces) that have hardly changed for centuries. Then, Return to your hotel.
